Adopt existing formulations or adjust these to your requirements. For newly developed products, our professional developers are on hand for personal and home care. We regularly fill our innovation pipeline while taking into account market and consumer trends and technological advancements.
If you do not have any existing packaging, our procurement team will research for you the desired shape and suitable material for the recipe. Wherever possible and requested by you, we use recycled material or monotubes.
We also support you in the implementation of your design idea.
We fill your cosmetic products in tubes, bottles, airless or spray pumps as well as in sustainable refill bags.
Bottles, spray bottles or bags are used for household cleaning.
Our bulk plants and agitators have a capacity of 100kg to 15'000kg. The separate machines for the bulk production of cosmetics and cleaning products enable the production of a wide range of textures.
These include tonics, gels, lotions or creams for cosmetics as well as cleaning products in liquid, gel or cream texture.
We fill tubes, jars, bottles and pouches on our high-performance production lines. Our production is CO2-neutral and we draw electricity from our own photovoltaic system and hydroelectric power. We use district heating from the Winterthur waste incineration plant to heat our buildings. Our production site is GMP, quality and environmentally certified.
To guarantee the stability, safety and claim support of the products, we conduct the tests required in internal and external laboratories. We produce a Product Information File (PIF, including safety report) for each individual product in accordance with the regulatory requirements currently applicable in Switzerland and the EU.
In order to place cosmetic and cleansing products on the market, legal requirements have to be observed, such as the creation of product information files (PID), including safety reports.
Special dossiers or certifications are required for registration in certain sales markets. We prepare the necessary documentation and support you in the registration process.
